Warranty

• Each FlashVAPE™ is fully covered by a 2 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY on functionality from date of purchase.
• Batteries and chargers are covered for 90 days from date of purchase.
• Warranty is only valid on purchases made through one of our AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS or directly through our website http://flashvape-manufacturing.mybigcommerce.com
• Please record the date of purchase and serial number of your FlashVAPE™ on your warranty card, and retain your warranty card for any future warranty repairs.
• Warranty does not cover damaged through misuse or parts lost. Any disassembly other than during the course of normal usage voids warranty completely. Shipping charges may apply.

Refund Policy

• If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail purchase on FlashVAPE.com, you can either return your order for a full refund (less shipping fees) or exchange it for something else or equal or lesser value.
• You can return or exchange your retail purchase made on FlashVAPE.com for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
• Returned or exchanged products must be in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original box and/or packaging.
• You are responsible for returning the purchase to us for a refund or exchange to be processed.
